Refund & Returns Policy

✨ Returns

•You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
•Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (we can’t take back opened skincare/makeup for hygiene reasons).

💸 Refunds

•Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know if the refund is approved.
•Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
•Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🚚 Damaged / Wrong Item?
Oops! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product—first, big sorry hug from us 🤗 Just drop us an email with a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send you a replacement (or refund if stock is unavailable).
